About Melissa
Hi there!
My name is Melissa Tanoko and I’m the founder of Learnable Designs. I live in the beautiful Comox Valley on the west coast of Canada. Thanks to the wonders of technology, I work with clients all over North America.
I love, love, love helping my clients create amazing training programs and workshops.
In my career, I’ve worked in a variety of fields from theatre to financial services. This is a huge asset for Learnable Designs because it helps me get to know your business and your people fast.

what it’s like to work with me
When you work with me, you can expect: clear communication, transparency, and integrity.
I care deeply about my work and making sure my customers are thrilled with the results.
Who am I as a person?
I’m a mom to two amazing kiddos.
I listen to way too many audiobooks.
I love yoga. I was certified as an RYT in 2011 and have been practicing since before lululemon.
Snowy days get me almost as excited as my kids.
I’m working to get reasonably good at gluten-free, dairy-free cooking.
My guilty pleasures are Justin’s peanut butter cups and sweet rooibos chai.
